The attention to details in this wedding were seen throughout this wedding, from the custom-made glass bouquet that the bride and maid of honor had, with the bride’s bouquet having her grandmother’s wedding bands attached to the beautiful centerpieces and decor at the Royal Plaza Hotel, courtesy of RJ Glamour. The ceremony was a site in itself it rained since Thursday night throughout their final practice of their choreographed dance, the rehearsal, the wedding day and night and the breakfast gathering the next day. But nothing stopped the joy that this happy couple had.

The surprises started at the church, St Lukes’s United Methodist for the guests with guest appearances by Robert Moffa/composer and concert pianist, http://www.freewebs.com/robertmoffa/apps/photos/photo?photoid=90675414 who composed a song for the bride and groom that they heard there for the very first time.
But that was not all, we had Pastor Earl Smith from Plant City http://www.firstchurchplantcity.com/staff/ officiating the ceremony along with Father Douglas Bailey, FIT’s school Chaplain http://www.fit.edu/studentlife/staff.php. These two officiating ministers had much impact on the lives of Steve and Kimberly and that is why both were asked to officiate their marriage.
If that is not line up enough many of you reading this may not know who Myles Savage is, the lead Singer of the Platters. But if you ask yrou parents and grandparents, they will certainly know who this man is. He is well-known for his song Only You http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9r2pEdc1_lI,. He serenaded the guests after the mother’s entrance to this song and My Prayer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syMjvdK2wDo&feature=related. The groom heard the song from the church lobby( as he was awaiting his entrance) and the bride from the Bride’s suite in the church as she peeked out the curtain. Rosie Moore, 27 Miracles Wedding Planner, knowing that this bride would love to see him sing in person , could not let this moment pass. She arranged for Mr Myles Savage to sing after the Welcome by the officiants. Much to the bride and groom’s surprise he sang Twilight Time http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWHuZa1DxrM&feature=related. As you watched the bride and groom’s amazement and tears of joy, you can see the guests that grew up with this music enjoying the moment. They walked out after the ceremony to the ringing of bells, because “every time a bell rings an angel gets their wings” and on this day many must have been getting them.
The reception was full of surprises from the dozen roses delivered one by one to the bride by 7 staff of the Royal Plaza, Louise the Banquet Sales manager that worked with us from day one to plan this fun-filled wedding and the staff of 27 Miracles until a dozen roses were passed out to the bride to the tune of Marry Me, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMr9zCvtOfY.
If that wasn’t enough for you, there was no first dance after the entrance. What?? Nope we had it after dinner. It was a great choreographed first dance to a melody of songs ending with Shake Shake Senora http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mkoAbapeoA and inviting the guests to a conga line. The talented Choreography of Indio, http://www.dancewithindio.com/index.php.
DJ Steve kept the crowd going until it was time to go home, he is one of Disney’s Certified Fairytale Wedding DJ’s http://www.ecofflorida.com/Weddings.html
The night had much more going on…..but to end the night with a secret escape( the guests did not notice the bride and groom sneak away) The DJ kept the guests dancing all night long until the final goodbye 30 minutes after the bride and groom left. Even after the music was shut off, we still had about 20 guests who were so happy that they just stayed an talked and did not want to go back to their respective hotel rooms. Now that is a party!
Oh…by the way …the story ends like this …the happy couple went to Downtown Disney to the World of Disney where they snapped some shots and were greeted by the staff at teh store as they were just having a quiet rainy Saturday late night getting close to closing time and here is our bride and groom, having fun in their favorite store!
The story continues…a surprise honeymoon…to …That will be in the next blog…stay tuned…and we have yet to tell you who was at the Rehearsal Dinner so stay tuned….
