Provide shade. The sun may be shining bright in the sky, but you can provide shade to protect your guest’s from the sun’s rays. A possible solution is renting a tent. Providing fans will help a ton. To keep yourself and your guests even cooler, fans are a nice option. One possible solution is to place a basket of hand fans where your guests will be entering for the ceremony.
