The Wedding of Lorena and Geoffrey

On a beautiful clear blue sky day in March Lorena and Geoffrey were married at the Church of Latter Day Saints in Windermere. They started their day at the church with a traditional Sealing Ceremony and later the Bride and Groom changed into their formal wedding gown and suit for a family dinner.

As the engagement session said, When You Fall In Love With Your Best Friend, that is Lorena and Geoffrey and you can see it in their eyes as they look at each other or as Geoffrey looks at Lorena’s children.

This fun little guy was captured by the camera, too cute!

The bride and groom wanted to have their close family celebrating this special day with them after the Sealing Ceremony. The Sealing Ceremony is an ordinance (ritual) performed in Latter Day Saints temples by a person holding the sealing authority.^[1] The purpose of this ordinance is to seal familial relationships, making possible the existence of family relationships throughout eternity.^[2] LDS teachings place great importance on the specific authority required to perform these sealings.

Have you missed our blogs? Well, 27 Miracles has a great blog for you today. This past week has been filled with busy schedules surrounding three weddings, rehearsal dinner and to end the week a Baby Expo! A fun fact is that two of our three brides are teachers. Two weddings with Two teachers same day. How awesome is that?

Oldies on Your Wedding Day

Are you someone that enjoys oldies more than popular songs of the 2000s? Well, today we take you back to 1977, the year Heatwave, a funk-disco band, released one of their single hits.

Can you guess the song? The terrific tune of the day is “Always and Forever.” This song by Heatwave explains how each moment spent with his significant other is cherished. It describes eternal love, knowing that he wants to spend forever with the love of his life.

Oldies are great additions to the wedding song list, and this one, in particular, is a slow song perfect for a bride and groom’s first dance. This just might be the song you are looking for.

It’s just days before the wedding, and you start to worry because you see a pimple on your face that wasn’t there before. Leave your worries behind while feeling refreshed and beautiful after applying a face mask.

Face masks can unclog your pores and remove dead skin cells. For oily skin, a clay mask will come in handy. It removes dirt and grease, leaving you with a nicely cleansed face. A cream mask helps moisturize your face. Leave it on overnight, and in the morning, the result will consist of beautiful soft skin. This is a great tool to use for the night before the wedding.

Happy Anniversary to Missy and Eric

Today is not only terrific tunes Thursday, but it is also the 1 year wedding anniversary of our Disney Princess and Prince, Michelle and Eric. 1 Year ago today on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon, these two love birds said I Do. They were married at the Castle Hotel with all the pomp and circumstance of a Disney wedding, full of surprises, special songs and decor by RJ Glamour and Innovation.

The groom wanted to take the time to surprise his beautiful bride and said, ” I don’t know what to do, but I trust you, make her happy.” Rosie Moore, Master Bridal Consultant for 27 Miracles went to work. She thought she would surprise them both at the same time. Watch as the vendors surprise Missy, with red roses to the electric parade song from Walt Disney Land( they were honeymooning in California, so most appropriate to find this song in honor of their honeymoon). Thansk God for a great MC and DJ, Roque Productions to step right in with Rosie’s ideas!

Now watch as the bride and groom both receive a surprise from Belle to the song, “If You Can Dream.” The bride’s favorite character besides Tinker Belle, is Belle from Beauty and the Beast and the groom’s favorite character is Goofy. So what a better way to surprise them both by having Belle dance with goofy. Such a touching moment that brought tears of joy to many including the bride.
