Back in the day people always had real Christmas trees.  Through the years some people have turned over to an artificial tree due to the time it takes to pick up needles, allergies and some folks like to start decorating early and take it down late so a real tree may not last that long.  If you have an artificial tree and miss the scent of the real tree, here are a few tips:

1. Go to a tree farm and get the scraps and you will have the scent
2. Use an evergreen scented candle
3. Use essential oils to give that scent on a terra-cotta tree ornament and you will smell the pine scent.
