If you missed their story click on it here and you can read all their stories from start to finish….
When Rosie Moore, Master Bridal Consultant for 27 Miracles met Nayya in July of 2012, she got a chance to hear Nayya’s story of Love between her and Jose. Jose is an active duty soldier in Afghanistan. She and Jose wanted to plan their wedding for September 2013 because that is when she thought that he would get leave from the service. Rosie and Nayya started the planning of the wedding. In early November 2012, Nayya got the word that Jose would be coming home soon, and they can push the wedding up to May 2013 on Memorial Day Weeekend.
Nayya and Jose were ecstatic to be able to plan their wedding on a military resort….Shades of Green…
What excitement Nayya had to hear that her true love, would be home soon. He told her that it may not be until January or February, but he would be home. Nayya continued her wedding planning with Rosie and leading her every day life. On Christmas Eve there was a knock at the door, she opened the door and to her surprise there was Jose standing in the doorway with arms open wide and saying, “I am home!” What a Christmas blessing! Of course he still had some monthly trainings to attend but he was home from Afghanistan, he had served his time.
On Saturday May 25, 2013 we celebrated with Nayya and Jose a special ceremony of Love at Shades of Green (a resort for military families). DeMarco Films captured their story through pictures of the wedding.
Look at the American Flag colors behind the wedding dress in the distance.
And so starts the preparation of the ceremony site…..
The decor of the ceremony site was so romantic in red roses by RJ Glamour. The bride’s bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets were made by a friend of the bride’s as a special gift to the bride.
Getting Ready……
A moment with the bridesmaids…
The Bride was stunning on this day, with a glow as she anxiously awaited this day to come….
One of our favorite pictures of the bride, deep in thought
Now Jose has not seen his bride to be since the day before. So as he gets ready he thinks about his beautiful bride…and looking good for her…
The groom is having a great time as he awaits the moment that his beautiful bride will walk down the aisle to meet him. But he and his best man are enjoying some last-minute stories ….judging from their looks….pretty funny ones…
The Groom with his mom as his son looks on with a proud face for dad!
It’s time for the ceremony to begin…..Christine MacPhail, The Harpist, serenaded the guests on this hot breezy Saturday afternoon with tunes like, “Endless Love ” as the mother of the groom entered, ” I knew I Loved You” as the groom and his groomsmen entered and ” My Heart Will Go” On as the bride walked down the aisle escorted by her son. The romance of the music with knowing this couple’s love story, made for an emotional ceremony.
Here comes the groom and his groomsmen with the officiant….
We even had Julia Roberts attend the ceremony( no Just kidding, but could be her twin!)
Here comes Nayya, the bride escorted by her son……
The groom and the best man taken with emotion as they see Nayya walking down the aisle…
Marcus Moore performed the ceremony of Love flawlessly…..
The tender look of love as she admires her groom…
The Vows and the rings…
The blessing of the hands…….
Marcus Moore, pronounced them husband and wife…..
What joy after being pronounced husband and wife, they could not believe it…..
You may kiss your beautiful bride…..
After the ceremony the couple spent some time in the gardens of Shades of Green taking pictures and greeting their guests.
Bride and Groom alone time for pictures…
But before the end of the day…some fun times…
A beautiful end to a beautiful wedding….
Nayya and Jose decided to celebrate a private dinner at Bongos with their closest family in downtown Disney.
VIP Limo, came to pick up the bride and groom for their private family dinner at Bongos Cafe!
The happy couple ready to celebrate!
We wish Nayya and Jose a Happy One year Anniversary. But Most of all we salute you Jose for serving our country ! 27 Miracles was honored to coordinate and plan your special wedding on Memorial Day Weekend.
Let us take a moment today and every day to honor our soldiers, those currently serving, those that have passed and those that are retired.
It is not often that a planner gets to plan a special event like the 50th Wedding Anniversary of their parents! Rosie Moore, Master Wedding Planner for 27 Miracles had just that opportunity with the assistance on the day of from fellow planners Christine Pabelico and her assistants Tess, Shannon and Kim!
The date December 21, 1963, it was a cold and snowy day for the first day of winter. They thought that they would not be able to have their wedding, but people still made it to the church and the wedding.
Through the years they celebrated many years of good memories. Watch the video of their life together.
As they approached their 50th wedding anniversary the wedding vow renewal planning started about a year before the big date!
They started with a fun-filled engagement session:
But on December 21, 2013, the first day of winter in Florida brought us 85 Degrees! Wow!
The day started with the photography of Michael Anthony Photography capturing the pre-ceremony pictures that included the bride getting ready and her bouquet.
The Beautiful bouquets were made by RJ Glamour and Innovation for the Diva! That is what Juan Carlos, owner, and designer, called Antonia because he was ever so proud to do an event of such honor as someone’s 50th wedding vow renewal for someone who he knew through the wedding industry.
No wedding would be complete without comfortable shoes made for a princess! Angela Nuran provided just that with her shoes and the buckle even matches the pendant on the bouquet, what a coincidence!
When it came time to select her wedding gown, of course, what they made back 50 years ago is not sold in this day and age, unless it is custom-made. But her idea of her dress was that of Cinderella because that is what she always said her life was like until Julio, her Prince Charming, swept her off her feet!
It’s time to get ready……
And the bride is ready…..
It was quite an honor to have three generations in one room celebrating this special day. Antonia was joined by her daughter Rosie, grand-daughter Kayla, and Grandson Kaleb.
The flower girl in the picture has been babysat by Antonia since birth; so to have her on this day was going to be part of the memories to share..
Now Julio had been through quite a bit….back in 2006 (3 months before his daughter Rosie Married Marcus), he had a series of strokes with a major one that set him back in the hospital. But through prayers, faith, and the help of the staff and family he regained his ability to get his life back.
He started his day with son in law Marcus and grandson Christopher. Now Julio is retired from the army and what better way to honor him than having the honor guard perform for him. The honor guard walked into Proud To Be An American as they set their flags. Then honored Julio with a saber ceremony.
No ceremony would be complete without the beautiful romantic music of Christine MacPhail the harpist.
Okay, the big moment has arrived, Julio has not seen Antonia since dinner the night before. He was kind of nervous as he did not know what was happening next.
Who would have thought that this 1lb 10 oz preemie baby boy would be walking down the aisle at his grandma’s wedding vow renewal 4 yrs later…..
The first-born grandchild Christopher, got the honor of escorting his grandmother down the aisle to the traditional wedding march.
The handoff to Julio…
You have to love the shots that photographers take and capture moments like this, Kaleb, the ring bearer intently paying attention to what is happening.
Christopher sang the Lord’s Prayer during the ceremony, bringing emotion to all that were present.
Now everyone knows that Marcus does not speak Spanish. For the wedding ceremony with some coaching from Oscar of Sensational Ceremonies, he recited a few verses from First Corinthians 13 much to Antonia and Julio’s surprise. They were touched by the heartfelt gesture.
It was a little too windy for the unity candle to be lit, but it did not stop them from trying with the Ave Maria playing in the background by Christine MacPhail the Harpist.
And they are husband and wife, what the Lord has joined together let no man separate…
The Bridal Party!
The Happy Couple!
Officiant Pastor Santos!
The immediate family!
Now it is time to see the artwork of RJ Glamour and Innovation coupled with the lighting special effects of Roque productions in the beautiful Wyndham Orlando Resort,
The ballroom reveal……seeing everything before the guests do…..
Judging from that smile, they were very pleased with everything……as they heard the tunes of Louis Armstrong singing When You Wish Upon a Star……
Look at the beautiful cake from Party Flavors!! Not only beautiful but tasty too!!!
Each table was named with the fruits of the spirit, love, patience, kindness, …in Spanish and English…
Let the celebration begin by looking at the family pictures dating back to their dating years and their wedding photo restored to color, thanks to West Orange Photo!
And here come the two flower girls and the ring bearer…
The bridesmaid and groomsman aka the grandkids( brother and sister), I guess for this instance “cootie alert ” is down…funny how kids still think that…..
Matron of Honor and Best Man
Awaiting the bride and Groom’s grand entrance
Mr. and Mrs. Freijo!
The blessing by Delilah…..
The toast!
After a most delicious dinner prepared by the staff at the Wyndham Orlando( people are STILL saying how great the food was) it was time for the slide show…5 decades of memories….( you can see at the beginning of the blog)
No Wedding is complete without cutting the cake to A kiss is just a kiss by Louis Armstrong…
And their original cake cutting picture on the cake table…..Who has been married the least amount of years? That is the game that Andres the MC from Roque productions played…..much, to everyone’s surprise, this happy couple married just a few short months
What advice can Antonia and Julio give to make it the last 50 years? Love, patience, and more love…….and understanding…..
A bouquet to start that road to marriage……
It is time to thank the guests for coming and the vendors for their fabulous work to make this wedding vow renewal the success that it was! But before they say good-bye…Vocalists Kristin and Chris had a very special good bye to sing…..”Time to Say Good Bye ” By Andrea Boccelli…..
Now we all know that it does not snow in Florida right? But we were worried about cold fronts, rain in December. Thanks to our friends the Forecasting Team (a meteorology forecasting company) they gave the thumbs up for perfect weather! And indeed it was with sunny blue skies….but if we were to recreate the wedding blizzard they had 50 years ago how were we to do that? Luckily Brian from Standing Ovation came to the rescue and made it snow in Florida!!!
As they went on board their classical car for a ride around O’town with chauffeur Miguel from Southern Elegance!!!
And they lived happily ever after……………
Thank you, Christine and Tess, for the wedding day coordinators on this day!

Celebrating in style with their 1 year cake gift from Party Flavors!!!
Happy Anniversary Tiffany and Kyle!!! Many More years of Marriage!!
Some trivia for you….Tiffany and Kyle were the first couple to ever get married on the 27th of any month in the history of 27 Miracles!!!! They were also the first couple to have their photographer complete their engagement pictures and wedding pictures before Valentine’s Day so that they could be the Valentine’s Couple of the year two years in a row!!!
27 Miracles wants to wish Rhianna and Robert a Happy One Year Anniversary, they were married on 10/11/12 at the Holy Family Catholic Church with their wedding reception at the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista in their brand new Ballroom. It was the first wedding in the new ballroom.
10/11/12 was a beautiful sunny day for a wedding, the weather was perfect. Rhianna started her day by getting ready with the talents of A Story Telling Experience doing hair and make up.
Rhianna chose to wear shoes designed by Angela Nuran to match her theme colors.
Finally it is time to see the wedding bouquet that RJ Glamour and Innovation designed for Rhianna…..
Rhianna and Robert’s heritage is from the Phillipines. They had many traditions to share on their wedding day. From their bridal party having Sponsors so that there were about 30 couples all together. Their parish priest came from Lakeland to perform the ceremony. They had the veil and cord ceremony included in their ceremony as part of their tradition. ( See more on the tradition here http://vowsandhows.com/filipino-veil-cord-coin-ceremony/
You may wonder what is the veil ceremony? “It’s a special square veil designed to go over the groom’s shoulders and the bride’s head. This veil represents everything and everyone who will protect them, their home and their families.”
The Cord (Lasso)
“Is a long cord in the shape of a figure 8 (infinity), often with a rosary attached, that goes around the wedding couple’s shoulders. It is a symbol of their intimate union and a sign of their bond to each other, and their inseparable unity.”
The Arras (Coins)
“Exactly 13 coins in a pouch or box is brought to the altar by a small child like the ring bearer or the sponsors. The coins are given from the groom to the bride as a pledge and promise to financially support their new family. The bride accepts the gift of these coins along with the responsibility of building a loving home.”
Rhianna chose to use a cathedral length veil for the ceremony.
After the ceremony it was time for the festivities to begin….A limo ride to the Sheraton Lake Buena vista in a white hummer provided by VIP Limo
Once the bride and groom arrived at the Sheraton it was time to have fun taking some photos with the bridal party. Including the couple’s dogs of course dressed in their bridal party colors!!!
Now the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista built a beautiful new ballroom and Rhianna and Robert were the first couple to celebrate an event in the new space. With the decor provided by RJ Glamour and Innovation and the lighting by Roque Productions, the room transformed into a romantic atmosphere. The bride and groom got a first look at the room and they were in awe!
Take a look at the before and after pictures.
The bride had a very emotional dance with her daddy to a song that he used to sing to her in Filipino “Sing Me Your Song Again Daddy” by Jose Marie Chan, it was very touching.
The bride and Groom did the Dollar Dance. But the tradition in the Phillipines is for the guests to make a crown and banner of the money and then pin the rest of it to their clothing. The wedding money dance, or Saya ng Pera, is a requirement at Filipino Weddings. Rhianna and Robert chose to play traditional Filipino folk music.
The night is not complete without the garter removal. The bride elected to change in to her second dress of the evening to enjoy some dancing time with her guests.
The guests enjoyed lots of dancing, they did not want the party to end thanks to the high energy of the very talented DJ Roque of Roque Productions
The night ended with the bride and groom having a bubble exit after much love received from the guests….
A beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple….
One Last surprise for the bride and groom ….petals await them from the entry of the room to their bedroom ….Happy Anniversary and many more!!!
Last year on this day August 12, 2012, 45 vendors were involved in one of the most special weddings. This was the wedding of Ivonne and Andrew, The Gift of Love. For those of you that did not follow the media stories and the wedding of Ivonne and Andrew, here is the link to where all their stories are.
Today 27 Miracles wants to wish this special couple many more years of happiness and health. You see 1.5 years ago, Ivonne was at the top of the world, modeling for the wedding industry, working at one of the local hotels and going to nursing school. She was dating Andrew and could not help but think a few years down the road when she finished school about saying ” I Do”. When an unexpected twist entered their lives. Everything came to a standstill. Ivonne was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She had 4 tumors, 3 were operable but there was one that was not. She underwent chemo and radiation. Her life was not a guarantee.
When Minerva’s Bridals contacted 27 Miracles to plan a wedding as a last wish for a bride, how could they say no? Master Bridal Consultant Rosie Moore went to work with the help of her fellow vendors and many donations came. 45 Vendors locally in Orlando, out of state, all over the country and internationally from the island of Belize, provided this bride and groom and their families a memorable wedding and even a honeymoon!!
Ivonne went in to remission and soon after the wedding became pregnant. July 4, 2013 they became parents!!!
So today marks many special blessings for this happy couple!!!
On February 21, 2009, 27 Miracles had the opportunity to plan the wedding of Michelle and Luis at Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club. Today Michelle and Luis celebrate their 4th wedding anniversary.
Many blessings to Michelle and Luis and many more anniversaries to come!
It is hard to believe that a year has gone by already, on 10/29/11 Desiree a runner and Nguyen Vu a Cyclist were married in Winter Park. They celebrated their wedding day and incorporated their sports in to the theme of the wedding. They also incorporated Nguyen Vu’s Vietnamese Heritage in the wedding. From their ceremony with scriptures at the church in Vietnamese, to the decor having “I love you” in Vietnamese, hand-made by the bride herself!
27 Miracles wants to wish Desiree and Nguyen Vu a very Happy First Anniversary!!
