Today August 12 , 2014 marks 2 years since Ivonne and Andrew were married. If you remember Ivonne battled Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and beat the odds and is with us today celebrating two years of a wonderful marriage to Andrew.
If you missed their story click on it here and you can read all their stories from start to finish….
27 Miracles wants to wish every father out there a Happy Father’s Day! One of the most special moments at a wedding besides the first dance with your hubby, is the father daughter dance. Sometimes daddy’s have passed on and not available and we are able to do something different for this moment if the bride wants. But today we want to give tribute to some very special fathers and daughters out there with daddy’s Little girl sung by Michael Bolton. we can’t post everyone on here but we have posted a good variety to share with our readers.
Here a bride wants to surprise her dad with Myles Savage singing to them at her wedding, but the bride would miss out on the performance because Myles had to leave for another performance so the most that she could do was listen from the bridal suite in the church. To her that would be sufficient to make her dad happy even if she did not get to see him. However Rosie Moore , Master Wedding Planner for this wedding, could not let that happen. Moore arranged for Myles to sing this song to her and rearranged the ceremony order to accommodate Myles singing….watch the bride and her surprised dad….
Last year on this day August 12, 2012, 45 vendors were involved in one of the most special weddings. This was the wedding of Ivonne and Andrew, The Gift of Love. For those of you that did not follow the media stories and the wedding of Ivonne and Andrew, here is the link to where all their stories are.
Today 27 Miracles wants to wish this special couple many more years of happiness and health. You see 1.5 years ago, Ivonne was at the top of the world, modeling for the wedding industry, working at one of the local hotels and going to nursing school. She was dating Andrew and could not help but think a few years down the road when she finished school about saying ” I Do”. When an unexpected twist entered their lives. Everything came to a standstill. Ivonne was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She had 4 tumors, 3 were operable but there was one that was not. She underwent chemo and radiation. Her life was not a guarantee.
When Minerva’s Bridals contacted 27 Miracles to plan a wedding as a last wish for a bride, how could they say no? Master Bridal Consultant Rosie Moore went to work with the help of her fellow vendors and many donations came. 45 Vendors locally in Orlando, out of state, all over the country and internationally from the island of Belize, provided this bride and groom and their families a memorable wedding and even a honeymoon!!
Ivonne went in to remission and soon after the wedding became pregnant. July 4, 2013 they became parents!!!
So today marks many special blessings for this happy couple!!!
27 Miracles wants to thank those men and women that since the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, have allowed our country to be free .
Today we want to also celebrate another miracle, at 1:45am, weighing in at 8 lbs and 20 1/4 inches long, Master Andrew (Drew, for short) came in to the world, to Ivonne and Andrew. Mother, Father and baby are all doing well and recuperating alongside their families.
27 Miracles wishes this family all the best with their little bundle of joy. For those of you that do not know the story of Ivonne, please click on the following link Many times you hear a story and you don’t know what happens after the happy ending. For some of you that don’t know Ivonne and Andrew, here is a link to all their stories https://27miracles.com/category/a-gift-of-love-wedding-ivonne-and-andrew-81212/ and remarkable journey. So, we here at 27 Miracles , rejoice with them on this happy occasion that has taken place. A true miracle from God!!
For those of you that know Rosie Moore, Master Bridal Consultant for 27 Miracles, you know that given a task for a dream wedding and she is there! All her weddings no matter what the theme is, have that magical start and end to it. So when Michelle and Eric asked Rosie to be their wedding planner a year and half ago, with their Disney Themed Wedding, the fun began!
The wedding was held on 4/10/13 at the Castle Hotel. Notice the Castle is Pink (Rosie’s favorite color!!)
The Castle represented Cinderella’s Castle for the beautiful Princess Michelle and Prince Eric to be wed. Andy Martin Photography did a wonderful job of capturing the special moments that will tell the rest of the story.
So we begin like this….Once upon a time there was a Princess named Michelle and a Prince named Eric that loved each other so much, that they decided to get married and celebrate in the style that they love most. That would be “Disney Style.”
We begin with the decor at the terrace top that overlooks in the distance the Epcot Ball and fireworks at night. Although very windy on the terrace, RJ Glamour and Innovation our Florist that would make dreams come true for this couple, got creative. Look at the Mickey Mouse Head that they made, battling the wind was not an easy task, but they stayed put long enough for the Bride to see it.
Now while the ceremony and reception preparations were happening, on the 8th floor a different preparation was taking place. A few Fairy God Mothers getting a Princess ready for the Grand Wedding!
The Bride’s dress is from Alfred Angelo’s Bridal Boutique.
Now most brides have a maid or matron of honor. Michelle had a Man of Honor. Donnie did his job quite well! He is also the hair dresser for the girls in the bridal party as well as the bride.
Look at the bride’s necklace, Tinker Bell from Swarovski Crystals….
Placing the Princess Tiara on the Bride
And the flowers, in Tinkerbell green, the wedding colors…The handle on the bouquet, was wrapped in Tinkerbell ribbon.
Donnie admiring his best friend and how pretty she looks. Donnie has a Bow-tie with Mickey Mouse heads in green.

It was a very touching moment to see your best friends getting married as the bridal party and the guests wipe tears of joy…
Hmm the pixie dust worked!!!
Eric’s father passed away on December 25, 1991,and although he was not there to share in this happy occasion, a rose of remembrance was placed in his chair next to his mother….
And the two shall become one…
The Kiss…..
Go ahead Michelle, it is okay to step on the Mickey outline, this day it was very windy on the roof top and the petals were flying away…but stayed long enough for the bride and groom and the guests to see.
Right after the wedding the bridal Party took some fun shots on the property of the Castle….
The happy groom with his groomsmen ready to get the evening started!
Michelle was so happy for this day to finally arrive, a princess indeed waited for her prince charming and low and behold….he arrived and swept her off her feet…

Release the stress of the day and be silly….

Where are they going? And uh….what happened to his shoes?

As the sun sets on the roof top…

Donnie did a great job of giving each bridesmaid a hair style for each Disney Princess….
Having fun! Vogue!
Beautiful smile…Love it!

Finishing touch ups before the reception….
Now one thing that 27 Miracles likes to do for their clients, is allow them a sneak preview of the reception before the guests get a chance to see it and have their private moment…..Michele and Eric see their Disney Themed Wedding Come True…( Click on the picture)
The Vendors welcomed the happy couple…Thank you to Rechelle, Christine Mac Phail, Treasured Moments Videography as he captured the couple, Roque Productions DJ, and the 27 Miracles team, Diane, Alyssa and Marcus…..

Michele and Eric wanted a grand entrance….Rosie Moore, wedding planner went to work choreographing a special Number to Disney’s Fanfare for the Grand Entrance….the Bride and Groom wanted to practice before the guests arrived in the ballroom…
But not before a special Thank you for making her dreams come true….Fairy Godmother at work!

Rosie Moore, Master Bridal Consultant with the Happy Couple Michelle and Eric right after the ceremony!
Uhh…is it time yet? What are they doing in there?
The Bridal Party had a choreographed entrance prepared by Rosie Moore to a special song called “So this Love” truly magical…..click the link below to hear it
Awaiting the bride and groom entrance…
Just before the bride and groom entered the Fairy God Mother Diane appeared and explained that the magic ends at midnight, however she waived her magic wand saying “bibbidi-bobbidi-boo” ….and in came Michele and Eric to Disney’s Fanfare #14. Their choreographed entrance showed the love that these two had for each other and their love of Disney as a child goes to Disney for the first time.
Right after their grand entrance they danced to their first dance Beautiful by Jim Brickman.( Click on the picture)
Michele’s Father had passed away a few years ago. When thinking about who she wanted to give her away, she thought of her brother William and the song that came to mind was “My Wish” by Rascall Flatts. It was a very emotional moment for big brother William…( click on the picture)
Family touched…
The bond of a brother and a sister….
The bridal; party touched…
As the proud mother of the bride looks on….
Eric chose to dance to “Let It Be Me” by Herb Alpert with his mother…
Now what Michele did not know is that her mom wanted to have the song “In My Daughter’s Eyes” played for her daughter….this coupled with some special words read by Andres the MC for Roque Productions and a slide show of Michelle and her mom, made for a very special moment for Michelle….
(Click the Picture)
Good childhood memories….
Now you may be wondering what is Belle from Beauty and the Beast doing here? A few pictures later you will see…shhhh it is a surprise…..but thought we would give you a preview….

A few moments to mingle with guests

Sisters can you tell?
The toast by the best man..
Michele and Eric wanted to thank their guests for coming to their magical Disney Wedding.
But this happy go lucky couple also wanted to let their vendors know what they thought about each of them. The bride named each one by name…..
Now Rosie Moore of 27 Miracles is very seldom surprised by anything ….but this time…hmmm a bride caught her off guard…after the thanks you’s to all the vendors …Michele and Eric thanked Rosie….with a special surprise…A Fairy Godmother….As Michele stated that Cinderella had a Fairy Godmother and Rosie was the Fairy Godmother that made their Disney Wedding Come true….
A Keepsake Fairy Godmother! Beautiful….
Now when Eric asked for a special Surprise for Michele, Rosie went to work and thought of a few tricks up her sleeve….Watch as the moment unveils itself…. Rosie knowing that Michelle and Eric were going to Disney Land for their honeymoon, decided that she would seize the moment to do their famous Rose Surprise…With all the fanfare that they deserved Disney Style! See as all the vendors and hotel management give the couple their single red rose…..

Now Eric wanted to surprise Michelle with something big, he wanted a character at the Wedding. Michelle also wanted a Character at the wedding…so what better way to surprise them both ….
A guest appearance by Saxi, playing Belle from Beauty and the Beast dancing a most special Dance with the love of her life…Goofy to her favorite song “If You Can Dream Disney Princess”
A touching moment
The symbolism of this moment is Michelle’s love for Eric and Eric’s Love for Michelle, you can feel the love during this time…
At the end Goofy was presented to Eric and the Rose to Michelle
Now there is another little surprise here…Michelle gave Eric another Goofy in a tuxedo all ready for his wedding day…..
Now what wedding would be complete without Cinderella’s horse drawn carriage in lights? Thank you to High Horse Carriage that provided this beautiful carriage. Michelle and Eric wanted to surprise the guests with this so they went off for a few minutes to capture some pictures before the guests could miss them……..and Belle of course was available for those special photo ops….
Beautiful…

Ha, she got it!
Garter Toss! “Another One Bites the Dust” Queen (Click the picture)
Okay now you are in the right group and he is going for the garter!
Reach for it…
Got it!!!
Now tradition has it that whoever catches the garter, places it on the girl who caught the bouquet. Now that seems pretty reasonable…..so why is bridesmaid Ashley laughing?
Well you see….or don’t see….sometimes when one is being silly, a few tricks can come to mind….Now sir, we will have to blindfold you as you place the Garter on the girl who caught it, all part of the tradition!
MC:Can you see?
Guest:Nope…
MC: Good!!
MC: Let me guide you to the girl….
A sexy courtship dance….
Oh my….kissing feet…
Eric can’t stop laughing……lol blindfold removed!!!!
Guest: Leg hair, wondering why this girl did not shave her legs!

The Figurines that were placed on each centerpiece. Each table was beautifully decorated with a different theme….Snow White, Fairies, Beauty and the Beast, Villains, Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Aladdin. RJ Glamour decorated each table according to the color theme of each story. So the flowers and the linens matched the story. Very unique!
One of Rosie Moore’s favorites!
The Beautiful Belle…the Bride’s favorite Princess…
The bride and groom’s theme was Tinker Bell and Goofy as Tinker Bell is the bride’s favorite character. In fact, her bouquet ribbon and buttons had Tinker Bell on it. You could see the theme throughout the wedding programs, menu cards, seating chart and invitations….
The favor was a horse drawn carriage candle…
Look at the detail of the centerpiece with each figurine sitting on its respective flower, you have to hand it to the Florist RJ Glamour and Innovation…they are all about unique!!
The Cake Topper was made of glass……it is Cinderella’s Castle
The Toast would not be complete without Mickey and Minnie on the champagne glasses….
The Bride was very creative and made her own place cards with the characters for each table in 3D puffed character stickers….
The Centerpiece for the sweetheart table was Mickey and Minnie in their wedding attire…
Now you have to hand it to the bakers at Party Flavors…Look at the detail of making this groom’s cake of Goofy watching football, but not just any football team, the groom;s favorite, the Jets! With his hot cocoa, brownies, chips, dip and of course the remote…
Good detail captured by photographer Andy Martin….

Family: Married to Marcus Moore for six years. We were engaged on Dec. 27, 2005, the reason for our company name, 27 Miracles. I have a son Christopher, 21; daughter Kayla, 17; and our miracle baby, Kaleb, 3, born at 27 weeks and weighing 1 pound, 10 ounces. We also have two dogs Rusty, 14, and Daisy, 6.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Received Association of Bridal Consultants Master of Bridal Consultants™ designation in 2012.
On the Business: 27 Miracles is a full-service wedding and event coordination business. We meet the client’s needs from wedding consultation to full event coordination. We also plan destination and ethnic weddings; have an online boutique for stationery, favors, shoes, etc.; and work in the community with different charitable organizations.
Getting Started: I have been planning weddings since age 18 when I planned my parents’ 20-year surprise wedding vow renewal. I also planned for friends and other planners for years until a florist friend suggested I open my own company. Within two weeks, we opened 27 Miracles in 2008.
Goals: This year, I want to get more Sandals honeymoons booked. When people wait to have that all-important honeymoon, life gets in the way, and it becomes more difficult to have that once-in-a-lifetime event. We also would like to see more sales on my book, A Story of Faith, as it generates income for Nathaniel’s Hope, a special-needs ministry. And, we hope for more sales on the Angela Nuran Shoes we stock, which generates donations for Brides Against Breast Cancer.
On the ABC: It gives you the education and purpose to ethically, morally, and professionally run a successful business.
Mentors: My mentor first and foremost is God. Next is my husband who encourages me and gives me the time to do what I love to do. Then, it is Camelu Vargas, MBC™, who encouraged and supported me. Elise Enloe, MBC™, stretches me to do better, reach for my goals, and never settle. My best friend in the industry, Diane Jenson, kept me calm throughout the MBC™ process and is an excellent planner who is always there to help.
Inspiration: Simon Bailey and his Brillionaire club inspire me to rise above the negative. I also listen to Joel Osteen ministries. His positive outlook on life helps me see my life and the world in a whole new perspective, empowering me to succeed in business.
Marketing Strategy: Vendor referrals are our best source.
On Staying Fresh: 27 Miracles refreshes the company yearly by looking at what worked the year before, what we have learned, what we can do to improve ourselves, and by refreshing our marketing literature and our own presentation of ourselves.
Ideal Client: My ideal client is the destination bride, the Theme-Park-Corporate-Busy Bride, the ethnic bride and groom looking to bring their culture into the wedding.
Reading Now: Several—Simon Bailey’s Vuja De Moments, Joel Osteen’s It’s Your Time, and my daily devotion book from Sarah Young, Dear Jesus.
Hobbies: In my free time, I dance tap, jazz, salsa, and ballet.
Words of Wisdom: I advise other planners to get educated and never stop. Don’t look at other planners as competition; rather, look at each as someone from whom you can learn. A cooperative relationship will help you in the long run as you will focus more of your energy on your clients.
On Giving Back: 27 Miracles is involved in Love Bears, where a group of senior citizens knits bears to donate through our company, 27 Miracles, to sick or hurting children. Last Christmas, we donated almost 80 bears to Florida Hospital in Orlando at the Walt Disney Pavilion for Children. This is the same neonatal intensive care unit that my own son, Kaleb, lived in for five months after he was born. We also work with: Brides Against Breast Cancer, Nathaniel’s Hope, and the March of Dimes.
Amanda at the Green Bride Blog: That’s fantastic! Happy to hear it!
Ana/Artistic Aisle Runners: Congrats! This article looks so nice and is very informative.
Ben/Kaleidoscope: That’s great Rosie! So glad for you with. Hope things continue to get better.

But 27 Miracles is wide awake! Why? On April 10, 2013 Michelle and Eric will be having their Disney themed wedding at ……Oh you will have to watch the blog posts over the next few weeks to learn where and what will happen….Here are the two love birds enjoying some quality time at Disney’s Boardwalk Hotel and thanks to Andy Martin Photography, these special moments were captured.
Many people have been long awaiting the wedding story of Ivonne and Andrew to see just how the wedding turned out as you have been watching the videos, following the news stories and looking at the pictures. Simply put, the wedding was beautiful. Orlando and Tampa have the most generous professionals in the industry!!! So curl up with your Ipads, laptops and smart phones for a great wedding story……At the end you will see a highlight of their wedding day….
Let’s take a tour of what was at the wedding of Ivonne and Andrew before their day even begins. The Sheraton all decked out in draping by Kamini Designs and silver satin linens to complement the lovely Chivari Chairs and Chargers from A Chair Affair. The chairs were a beautiful silver with white pads that captured the wedding colors perfectly. When you look from afar at the dinner tables as you entered the reception room, you cannot help but think you are walking into a dream with the hues of blue and white up lighting from Orlando Lighting and DJ, bringing out the tall crystal trees on the tables by A Chair Affair. The trees enhanced the clear glass chargers with silver edges that were on the table. The chargers were complimented on the guest tables by a bride and groom, chocolate favor made by Sweet Marilyn’s for the guests and a white chocolate wedding cake favor, made by Diane from The Wedding Party for the Bridal Party. Diane also assisted the wedding planner, Rosie Moore of 27 Miracles, on this day.
At the table, 27 Miracles encouraged the bride to select pictures and name their tables something that would be meaningful to them. They decided to choose words of encouragement like: faith, hope, and love; patience and trust; and other similar words that reflected their spiritual values. These table names, menus, place cards and wedding programs were custom made by Marisol Rodriguez of Invitations by Nannuk. It gave the guests opportunities to look at the couple’s pictures on the different tables as they walked around socializing. David, from A Magic Moment Photography, was there to capture the beauty of the décor, as well as, the bride and her friends having some fun times before the wedding was to begin.
Now, the ceremony site was, in and of itself, decorated with beautiful backdrop draping from Kamini Designs to allow the Arbor from A Chair Affair to glow in the background. Now imagine an aisle runner fit for a princess; that is what Anna from Artistic Aisle Runners did for Ivonne and Andrew. She made them a customized Aisle runner with their names on it including their willow logo from their wedding invitation. Stunning!! Is the word to use. The chivari chairs brought elegance to the ceremony room, creating that clean look of silver and white.
Now, the groomsmen entered the ceremony wearing black tuxedos, making quite an impact as they entered supporting their friend Andrew. The tuxedos were from Minervas Bridal and these guys looked sharp! The girls on the other hand take you back in their stunning long peri colored gowns from Minerva’s Bridals. Their hair and makeup created by Jennifer of The Story Telling Experience. Jennifer Lee and her team created a hairstyle suitable for this wedding theme and each bridesmaid. The girls looked amazing. The mothers were beautiful in their gowns, they were oh so proud of Ivonne and Andrew and looked stunning in their updos and make up. No wedding would be complete without the flowers for the bride, consisting of White Roses and Calalillies with diamonds inside. The Bridesmaids each had a bouquet of White Roses as well. Bethany from the Gaylord Palms Floral Design Team personally delivered the flowers to the bride and each girl. She pinned the men’s boutonnieres as well. I loved the personal touch of having Bethany there to ensure the flowers were kept fresh until the moment they were ready for them.
As you know, no wedding is complete without the soft harp strings of the talented and lovely Christine MacPhail. She brings the romance and calm in to the atmosphere as everyone listens for the cue, “Here Comes the Bride!” Christopher Gaitan, Rollins College of Music and Amy Silverman, NYU College of Music are two vocalists known for their singing together. Their voices blended in such a way that drew emotion out of everyone, as the guests enjoyed listening to them sing from the heart ‘The Lord’s Prayer’ and ‘Wait for Me’ by Rebecca St. James.
That is a lot of things going on in one wedding ceremony, right? Nope, WESH Channel 2 News had seen many of the other TV stations broadcast interviews and stories about this couple Ivonne and Andrew and they had to come out and film this wedding. Adrian from WESH Channel 2 arrived just in time; as we opened the doors to let the bride walk in, uh oh…he wanted to film….okay luckily plan B in place, our vocalist Amy singing, Wait For Me. Hmm, see that is why it helps to work with a DJ that communicates so well, that is Andres Roque of Miami Pro DJ’s, who quickly thought what to throw in there and said the song works ( a few minutes early but we can swing it. Good save….Channel 2 got their story and the bride thought Justin Bieber was at the wedding, lol!! I am not that connected now, lol…
Okay the big moment…the walk of a father and daughter as he gives his most precious gift away to Andrew. The bride was stunning, her hair had grown in long enough where she was looking like Demi Moore, she wore that short hair well with the special headpiece made by Minervas Bridal. Ivonne’s makeup was done by About Face Design Team’s, Jeshel. It was tearful as her emotional father lifted the veil to give his beloved daughter away. The beautiful Maggie Sotero gown from Minervas Bridal looked stunning on Ivonne. It was made for her! She had her Angela Nuran Shoes in Blue to keep her comfortable throughout the day. Mr. Hebbeler could hardly give the bride away without tears. Wow, what a touching moment for all who experienced this beautiful moment in time.
As Pastor Silva pronounced them husband and wife and released Andrew to kiss his bride, Andy Martin of Andy Martin Photography, quickly captured this photo opportunity from afar, all with the approving look from the father of the bride and Nannuk Media brought to life the tears of joy that the father of the bride was showing.
The guests were escorted by the lovely Donna Cook, the Director of Social Events at the Sheraton Hotel Lake Buena Vista, up to the Lobby where they picked up their bubbles for a shower of love orchestrated for Ivonne and Andrew. What the guests and the happy couple did not know was that just outside the door a beautiful Cinderella horse drawn carriage was awaiting them, decorated in ribbons of silver, white and lilac, by High Horse Carriage Rides. Judy and Dixie were all dressed up in their riding attire top hat and all, fit for a Queen and King. We had the help of Nicole from Weather Forecasting Consultants; we were able to get the minute by minute forecast to know how the rain would fair up for the carriage ride. The rain held off!! We could not have changed rain, but we sure had peace of mind that we were on track if we stuck to the timeline and avoid the rain. As soon as I got the signal that the guests were ready and lined up, I escorted the happy and anxious couple to the lobby where they saw the horse and carriage and they were ecstatic, they could not believe it! The pictures will reveal the look of surprise as the guests blew bubbles at them.
During cocktail Christine MacPhail continued to entertain the guests with her beautiful music on the harp while the guests mingled. It came time for the bride and groom reveal of the reception site. Itook her one by one to all her vendors that she had not met yet. First it was Adrienne with Funny Faces Photo Booth. Then she met the team of planners, Diane Jenson from The Wedding party, Lara Goldman (my other assistant for the day, at least that is what she did for the moment, you will find out later the big important job she had to do for the bride and groom). We stopped at Espresso Events by Mark Covey. The coffee was so popular, felt like you were at Starbuck’s!! She saw her Unity Candle table was converted in to a memorial table, showcasing her two brothers and her grandparents. She was so very touched. The unity Candle was sent to her by Janet at Ivy Lane Design. The tapers and the unity candles holders were handpicked by Rosie Moore of 27 Miracles as a special gift. It was a silver heart with a diamond teardrop.
We made our way to the center of the room where her beautiful aisle runner had been placed for her grand entrance in to the reception; she had an opportunity to look at it in more detail. More tears of joy!! Okay at this point she hugged me so many times that I said; you are not supposed to make the planner cry now! We moved on to the cake table, there was a 3 tier cake, with flavors of strawberry/vanilla and funfetti, pineapple and chocolate. Rosen Shingle Creek’s Francesca Rahmani made sure that the cake had that bling look, to match the rest of the theme at the wedding. The cake topper was that of the couple’s initials. As we moved to the Sweetheart Table there was a beautiful handmade picture frame with the couple’s picture in it. Ivonne immediately asked who that was from, I said, “I will tell you later.” But we did stop and admire the beautiful sweetheart table decor with the satin linen, nicely scalloped by Kamini designs. There was a big surprise for Andrew the groom. A groom’s cake made by Loyda’s Fantasy Cakes! It was a glove on the diamond of the baseball field with a Yankee baseball player that looked just like the groom. He was ecstatic!! The bride and I were on the same path the same night, I had asked her what Andrew liked because I wanted to do something special for him this evening and she laughed and said you took the thoughts right out of my head. Off we went to planning and she gave me the idea of him liking the Yankees and thought something along those lines. Loyda from Loyda’s Fantasy Cakes is well known to custom make cakes and as soon as I told her about this, she went to town making the molds and studying the picture of Andrew. She has an art! It was almond vanilla and chocolate chips inside!
Okay let’s get the party started! As the guest dropped off their gifts at the gift table and their gift cards in the hand made gift box by RJ Glamour and Innovation, they all looked around in amazement at the splendor and beauty of the Sheraton Hotel’s decor. Kamini Design, Chair Affair and Orlando DJ and Lighting really did a fabulous team effort with the linens, draping, up lighting, chivari chairs, chargers and the crystal trees. Everything looked amazing and complimented one another.
As the bridal party walked in dancing away and being unified to each couple’s entrance, DJ Andres Roque of Miami Pro DJ, made sure to get the crowd prepped for the grand entrance of the new Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Steward!! In they came dancing to Don Omar’s Kuduro. They went in to their first dance choreographed by Frankie Agosto of Salsa Heat. The couple started with a slow dance by Rascall Flats, “I Won’t Let Go” and straight in to their Bachata dance by Prince Royce, “Las Cosas Pequenas”, many did not think Andrew could dance like that! Frankie, Great job teaching the couple!
The special father/daughter dance revealed similar footage at the ceremony rehearsal, but of course, today on their wedding day, they had much more fun performing it for their guests. Father and daughter had a great time. The mother/son dance by Jim Brickman was titled “A Mother’s Love” and they had everyone in tears, awww….so… Andrew livened it up with a fast paced song towards the end and got the bridal party up on the dance floor dancing with them.
As an exquisite, two entree dinner was served, the guests had the opportunity to watch the video slide show of Ivonne and Andrew growing up, they listened to vocalists, Chris and Amy sing, ‘When God Made You’ serenading the guests during dinner. The evening would not be complete without the mother of the bride’s surprise that she helped plan with me. We know the love Mr. Hebbeler has for his daughter and he went through a lot with her during her surgery, radiation and chemo. We had Mrs. Hebbeler send us pictures for the slide show of just Ivonne and her dad which carried the music of vocalist, Chris Gaitan, singing “Cinderella” to them. We were not sure if they were going to dance or watch the slide show and they decided to watch. Bring out the tissues as the guests were moved by the song, the slide show and watching the love of a father and daughter.
Toast by best man and maid of honor were delivered, as well as a thank you’s by the parents of the bride and by the bride and groom to all the vendors. Rosie had one last surprise for the bride and groom, the vendors did what 27 Miracles is known for, the “Rose Surprise” whereby all the vendors present, including the staff at the Sheraton, showered the bride and groom with a rose and a hug from the bottom of all their hearts!
It came time for the big surprise of the evening!!! The honeymoon, slideshow in position, the surprise guest in place, DJ ready, with bride and groom on the dance floor. As Andres from Miami Pro DJ’s announced that they already knew of their honeymoon night donated by the Sheraton, he let them know that they had a two night stay at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Downtown Disney and a special couples massage at the Sheraton’s, Palms Spa. Then he turned it over to Lara Goldman. Who is that? She is from Belize; she flew in Friday night to be able to deliver in person from Romantic Travel Belize, a fabulous 5 day, 4 night stay in Tranquility Bay Resorts. The bride and groom could hardly contain themselves as they watched video of where they were about to jet off to. Can’t wait to see the pictures. At this time Lara also let the bride and groom know that the special picture frame was hand made by her. It was beautiful. By now everyone wanted to go on this fabulous trip after seeing the video of this resort, including me!!
The cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss signified the night was coming to an end. As we see dad’s watchful eye when Andrew takes the garter off Ivonne. But the funny thing is, his next daughter catches the bouquet and dad wants to stop any guys from catching the garter. He already gave up one daughter in one night, he wasn’t making it two!!! But all in good fun Paulette, Maid of Honor and sister of the bride, had a great time with this part of the wedding ritual as you can see from her dancing. After a night of dancing “The Gift of Love” came to an end, as the couple waited until every guest left, there was no secret getaway or special send off, as they had that earlier with the horse and carriage. There was honestly, just not enough time to celebrate this joyous occasion, that could have kept going with the adrenalin rush. But as we took gifts upstairs with the bell hop, it was evident that they were exhausted. As they sat on the couch in their room, I explained the final honeymoon details and flight information and said my good byes. The married couple surrendered to tiredness, but a happy ending……..
The wedding day vendors that made this truly an Amazing day are listed here with their websites: And of course without my right hand Marcus Moore, none of this day could have been possible. Thank you to everyone…..
Thank you for reading this brief account of the “Gift of Love” Wedding of Ivonne & Andrew.
We hope it will inspire the reader to join forces with a special group of people to touch the life of Anyone that they feel has a need. –The community of vendors who make it happen.
When Chris Gaitan ( Rollins College of Music) and Amy Silverman( NYU College of Music) heard that the vendors of Orlando were doing the Gift of Love Wedding for Ivonne and Andrew, they went straight to work. They sang several songs at the ceremony,, moving the guests to tears as they sang the Lord’s Prayer. Just before Ivonne walked in, she heard Amy singing “Wait for Me” a song that speaks about purity and the value of waiting until the wedding night.
Later that evening a slide show with pictures of Ivonne and her dad were shown, with a special picture when her dad and Andrew all shaved their heads when Ivonne was undergoing Chemotherapy. Chris Gaitan serenaded them with the song Cinderella.
The last song that was sung by this dynamic duo, was called When God Made You. They dedicated it to the happy couple.
