While Florida is known as “The Sunshine State,” it is obvious that we can feel the sunshine heat especially during the summer. If you will be having an outdoor wedding, you may not be solely concerned about possible rain but also about the heat. However, there’s no need to worry. Here are a few tips to make your outdoor wedding comfortable for you and your guests.

Provide shade.  The sun may be shining bright in the sky, but you can provide shade to protect your guest’s from the sun’s rays. A possible solution is renting a tent. There are different types of tents, including pole tents and frame tents. Our 27 Miracles team is happy to help you choose the right accommodations for you.

Stay hydrated. While outdoors, do not forget to stay hydrated. Provide water bottles or a hydration station at your ceremony. Your guests will feel cooler and more comfortable knowing that they can grab a drink whenever they feel thirsty.

Providing fans will help a ton. To keep yourself and your guests even cooler, fans are a nice option. One possible solution is to place a basket of hand fans where your guests will be entering for the ceremony.

Don’t let the heat take over your wedding. We believe “your wedding should be everything you dreamed of…” so contact us today at 407-905-5454 or info@27miraclesbyrosie.com for a consultation.

Engaged!!! Time to Start Planning the Wedding…..

You’ve gotten engaged!!! Now, it’s time to start planning the wedding. Have you thought of which venue you would like to have your wedding at? Are you interested in having your wedding outdoors?

If you would like to have an outdoor wedding, be open to choosing a back up location in which you can have your wedding indoors. Some hotels have beautiful outdoor lawns that can accommodate ceremonies; therefore, in case it rains on your wedding day, you can still plan to have the ceremony and reception inside the hotel.  I doubt you would enjoy a ceremony in which you and your guests are left soaking from the rain. With Florida’s weather, it is a good idea to plan for this.

Also, be sure the venue can make accommodations for both ceremony and reception. An outdoor venue may only have ceremony space, and this can result in booking two locations. You do not need the stress of worrying if you will arrive at the reception venue in time.
