Lastly, let’s not neglect those pearly whites.  What is the most important thing you want to do on your wedding day?  Why smile of course!!! But if you drink coffee, tea, colas, wine and dark liquids or smoke,  it tends to cause stains and yellowing of the teeth.  How do you fix these things, well see tip #3.



Tip #3( see tip #2, this will help with selecting good drink choices)  Next, for your teeth get a  good cleaning and if possible ask your dentist about professionally getting teeth whitened.  Now once that is done, maintain them white by using a mouthwash that is teeth whitening when used twice per day( I am not endorsing any products, however a good one to try is Listerine  whitening, you see results pretty quick within two weeks if used regularly twice per day.)  You can recommend this to your bridal party, your parents and your groom. If you drink coffee, tea or colas, use a straw and don’t swish the drink in your mouth.  Takes a little getting used to drink coffee with a straw or to sip it gently but it can be done.

I am not really a napper but being able to just sit in front of the Christmas tree and enjoy the twinkling lights or in the living room watching the dogs sleep with the fireplace on, is very soothing.  With all the holiday shopping, parties and activities to do with the kids, remember to take care of you and pace yourself.  Enjoy the Christmas season, we work so hard to prepare but forget to enjoy it!
